ORDERS:

On receipt of your order either by fax, phone, E-mail - a member of our warehouse staff selects your order. Quality control then ensures all is correct. Your order is then invoiced, and then checked once more to ensure order completion. Your order is now ready for packaging and delivery. This whole procedure is both efficiently and swiftly carried out.

Whereas we aim to take total care in all areas of order selection, we always give special / wedding orders our priority. All orders once selected, invoiced and checked are refrigerated once more prior to delivery
